User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNot only was the mechanic incompetent, he was dishonest and obviously doesn't care about the customer's safety. I went here to get tires mounted and balanced. When the mechanic reinstalled the wheels, he cross threaded the lug nut with the stud not even halfway threaded, and just sent me on my way without telling me. Not only is this unsafe, but it causes a headache because now the wheel cannot be take off the axle without cutting off the cross threaded stud. These people are dishonest, greedy, and negligent.
