User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe food was ok but i was totally nauseated when i saw a rat caught on one of those sticky pads. I won't be returning there also im pretty sure my waitress was drunk
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWe will be back!: My friend and I went here because it sounded interesting...and it was. He had a HUGE prime rib which he said was cooked a perfect medium rare, which is how he ordered it. I ordered the sea scallops, which I liked, but they were kind of bland. They needed some kind of additional seasoning to add a little more flavor. Other than that, the service was excellent, and I'm a server so I tend to be a bit critical, but our server, Linda did an excellent job. Next time we are in Inverness, we'll be sure to stop by. I think next time we'll try the one by the water. Thanks for the great experience!

small-town florida flair, big service: A recent review about seemingly-slow service kept us on the lookout, but this seemed like the best bet in Inverness for a nice day-trip with the family. What a pleasant surprise! Gator nuggets and frog-legs availability made us aware this was a true southern-style Florida find. The staff was very accomodating with adults, kids and newborn baby. Those of us with kids know when a restauranteur understands how to treat a family with kids, baby or both and they were on the ball. As noted in other reviews, the all-u-can-eat catfish blew us away. This is not a place we'd drive 2 hours to dine, but this is a place we'd go out of our way on another trip to visit! Seeing us take time to come back here to make a review is also a large compliment for them. Thanks!!
