User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsnon compliance on Yamahas part: when I purchased my motorcycle all were eager to please the customer, when I went to drop some purchased plans and get a money amount I could not get an answer from the dealership nor corporate, this is a poor policy for any company to have especially one of Yamaha size.

there service dept cant fix anything the first time ,i always have to go back,i bought the 3 year service /maintance plan ,i wont use it there,waste of money ,i just dont trust them or there work
