My night out wouldnât have been the same without the service of Olympus Limos. The driver was great; the limo was spotless and spacious. We arrived at our destination in a timely manner, when ready to depart the limo was waiting. I will be sure to use Olympus limos in the future!!
I didn't even get a chance to book their services before I was turned off!
The first lady that I was working with was awesome, but then I made the mistake of calling when she wasn't there. After being put on hold for 5 minutes, the office manager picked up. She was very rude and totally unhelpful. I was looking to rent their most expensive vehicle, and I think she blew me off because I sound very young on the phone and she didn't take me seriously.
The first lady that was helping me had left me a voicemail saying that she could help me make the most of the hourly time and that I should call back to discuss the possibilities. I wish she had been there today, because the "office manager" is not HALF as professional.
Maybe she would have been nicer to me if she had known that I really am in need of a big limo (I have 13 people in my wedding party, and will want to invite their signifant others to ride with us) and in actuality I will need the service for way longer than the minimum. The groom's side is from out of state, so I probably would have ended up booking a 2nd limo to transport them as well.
I hope that someone from their company reads this so that they can see how NOT to treat your potential customers.
From my calculations, she lost their company a sale of at least $2000, minimum. (and that's not even counting their additional 10% "fuel surcharge")
They were my first choice based on their vehicle fleet and rate, but I will definitely be going elsewhere. This is all just my personal opinion, but sometimes a good rate just isn't enough to justify poor customer service.
