Ann's School of Dance is a place to enjoy yourself while learning how to dance. Ann Buice, the instructor teaches different types of dances including tap, ballet, jaz, and hip-hop. Ann is very patient and nice. She'll take her time to help you with anything. You can also make many friends. There are three age groups in dance. They are the babys class 2-5, the middle class 6-8, and the upper class 9-up. Whatever your age you can always find a friend. Ann also instructs gymnastics. In gymnastics there are two groups the students are divided into. The beginners class and the intermediate class. Ann is a spotter herself and she has a few bigger kids to help so there is plenty of safety. Ann's students has a variety of tricks they learn and after a while each individual will have their chance to move up. After a years worth of learning dances and a gymnastics routine Ann hosts a show to show friends and family and even othe public what the students have accomplished. The students are rewarded with a medal or a trophy it depends if the student is in both dance and gymnastics or in just one of those classes. Dance classes are held on monday and tuesdays, gymnastics is held on thursdays. For dance the babys class is from 4:30-5:30, middle class is from 5:30-7:00, and the upper class is from 7:00-8:45. For gymnastics the beginners class is from 5:00-6:15 and the intermediate class is from 6:20-8:45. Dance for both days is $30 a month, for gymnastics it is $25 a month, for both dance and gymnastics all three days it is $35 a month. Ann's School of Dance is located at the New Port Richey Recriation Center. Ann has been doing this for 38 years now and if you come by to see you will be very pleased.
