Not for me. A degrading experience. Had the Veal Sorrentino. Portion was small & hideous. Banquet Frozen Dinner would have been better...SINCE IT WAS SERVED TO ME ON A BLACK PLASTIC PLATE! Would have ordered the Special of the Day, had I know about it...! Only saw some obscure little black board on my way OUT! Server, though pleasant, never mentioned it. Never suggested wine, beer, appetizer, entree, dessert, coffee, nothing! If I could make this no stars, I would. Sorry I have to give it one... Honestly, I actually felt BAD about myself after leaving this place! I will NEVER stray away from Besta One Italian Grille again! I learned my lesson! :-)

Went there tonite for our anniversary- ordered Grandma's Lasanga and a meatball sub specified no parm cheese (allergic) also brown the cheese- waited 15 mintues for a water and soda- another couple in the dining room was complaining about their meal- our salad came out- 20 minutes later our dinner came out- the meatball parm was not brown-the cheese was raw but melted on both entrees. the waitress apologized but took the meatball parm hero back to get browned. 20 minutes later it came back out-more cheese- white melted- Said she was sorry. Both items were awful. half hour later had to look for her. Asked if they had a broiler. Was told they had a gas oven. $19.44 + tip later we left. minus stars-do not recommend!!!!

if i could have given it no stars i would have. i waited 35mins for two steak and cheese subs. One was to have only mushrooms the other was to have only onions, they both came with mushrooms and onions! the cost of these subs was ridiculous $17.32!!!! there was hardly any meat in them or cheese for that matter. the bread was nothing special and it wasnt even a big roll nor was it even good bread! the worst place to get subs but i dont know about the rest of the menu but as far as the price forget it!! Also when i called back about the subs they said they were sorry and would give me an extra topping of my choice next time.... hahaha thanks but keep your 25 cents worth of topping ill go to wendys before this place!
