They've always been helpful to me! I've had my taxes prepared by Jackson-Hewitt for three years in a row and they've always done a good job. You don't have to make an appointment, just show up and they'll take you in the order you get there. It's quick and easy. All you have to do is sign the papers when they're done. You sit with them through the whole thing so you know just what's going on.

One year, I went and had my taxes done and left thinking I wasn't getting any money back. Over the next few days, they actually FOUND money owed to me from a few years ago! And it was over $1,000.00!!! I had no idea they were looking for it, but they did. I had myself a nice wardrobe that summer!

I've always gotten my money back using their rapid-refund option. I think I paid about $60 for this, but got anywhere from $1000-$1400 back in 1-3 days.

I can't remember the overall price I paid, but it really wasn't that much. I'd recommend them and use them again.

Most of the accountants working there have always been polite.
