    Convenient location, but that's about it!: It's great that I can walk to it, but their video game selection isn't where I'd like it to be... Several games I attempted to purchase haven't been in stock although the boxes were on the shelves... I hate that! If you don't have it, take the display box off the shelf! I stopped going in to try and rent Xbox 360 games... they never have any! Customer service hasn't been too horrible, but sometimes I go in and get a "God, what are YOU doing here? I'm BUSY!" look. Oh well! If BestBuy builds a store down the road, Blockbuster will never see my credit card again!
