User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsVery disappointed. Both of my food items were done wrong. When I tried to call, this Burger King either keeps it phone off the hook or they talk alot. I have been calling them for over a week to complain. It's not "Have it your way" It is there way. This is the 2nd time they messed up my food. They will not see my business anymore.

The Burger King near the turnpike exit 244 was disappointing. Many tourist were in there no greeting no smiles. I had to wait for someone to assist me. The entire place was dirty, greasey. Couldn't find a booth that was clean. The sandwich had way too much sauce on it. The french fries weren't fresh or hot. The staff seemed too young to manage the place! I don't think the owner is paying attention....you lost my business....never again! Hello MCdonalds right down the street from you and its clean and the staff is friendly and polite.
