User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDealership blatantly lies about a vehicle being a rental to maliciously seal the deal in a fraudulent manner.
To make a long story short. I was looking at a 2009 certified preowned mustang. I asked my sales guy if it was a rental. He told me no. I asked for the history report that certified vehicles get twice, it was never given. I find out 4 days later that it is a rental through a friend who gives me a carfax. They try to act like it never happened. Then the sales manager Jason tells me "It said Hertz on the title anyways".
Stay away from this group of cheaters, they will say anything to sell you a car and not think twice.-

I handle customer comments and spoke with the General Manager about this. We tried unsuccessfully to contact customer by phone and mail. We left messages but none were returned. We always try to earn our customer's business and make them customers for life. In this day and age it wouldn't make sense to do otherwise. Thousands of customers visit us yearly and leave with an excellent deal. We enjoy selling vehicles and take pride in helping to get the best deal for each person.
