User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI just came on here to look up the phone number to Pizza City and was appauled at some of the negative comments. Yes there are more good than bad but could not believe my eyes. I've live in Florida most of my life and never really ate here much till about 4 yrs ago. Once I tried it I was hooked. Pizza City is awesome and their calzones are out of this world they are so good. Good Job Pizza City. Keep up the great work especially through this economy. Your regulars love you.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI AM WRITING DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM VISITING HERE IN FL. AND I ORDER PIZZA FROM THE PIZZA CITY (407-809-0008) THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME FOUR TIMES. ON 6\18\09 I CAME TO FL ON A FAMILY TRIP AND I ORDER A XL PIZZA AND 20 WINGS AROUND 6PM. THE PIZZA CAME AT 7PM COLD HARD AND THE WINGS WAS COLD AND HARD.I CALL THEM BACK AND AND THEY WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SENDING ANOTHER PIZZA BACK. WELL THE PIZZA NEVER CAME SO I CALL THEM BACK AND THEY WILL PUT ME ON HOLD AND THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE. WHEN I CALL THEM BACK AND LET THEM KNOW THAT THEY HUNG UP ON ME THEY TOLD ME THAT WAS NOT TRUE. I EXPLAIN MYSELF TO THEM AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL BE SENDING OUT ANOTHER PIZZA AND WINGS AND THAT WAS AROUND 7:30. REMEMBER I HAVE MY 3 KIDS WITH ME. WELL HERE IT IS 5 PHONE CALLS LATER 10:19 AND STILL KNOW PIZZA OR WINGS. I HAD TO TAKE MY KIDS SOME PLACE (ANTONIO'S PIZZA) TO GET MY KIDS SOME THING TO EAT. THIS PALCE NEEDS TO BE CLOSE IF THEY CANT DO THE RIGHT THING BY THEIR CUSTOMER OR SOME ONE THAT IS JUST HERE VISITING. I WILL NEVER TELL ANYONE ABOUT THIS PLACE AND I WILL LET MY GROUP OF 150 PEOPLE KNOW NOT TO ORDER FROM YOU AS WELL. STAYED AT THE DAYS IN ON BLACKLAKE ROAD ROOM 1409.
