1ST REVIEW VERY TRUE,EMPLOYEES ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED,MANAGMENT
DOESNT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY. EXPECIALLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT RESIDENTS PRIVACY RIGHTS ...IF YOUR LOVED ONE NEEDS PERINAL CARE, INDIRECT CARE OR HAS ALHEIMERS,THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR THEM..OBRA PROTECT RESIDENTS RIGHTS AND THE QUALITY OF LIFE RESIDENTS RECEIVE...I HOPE THEY STEP IN SOON!

This Assisted Living Facility is not what you think it is. They tell you what you want to hear until you get in the door and they get your money. Then it's a whole different story.
They tell you they love cat's and they don't.
They will help you take care of the the cat and they don't. When your loved one goes to the hospital then you need to get it out right now. Oh! but they LOVE cat's.
They even have cat's of their own.
Lie after Lie.

They fire people right and left in this place. You never know who is working with your loved one, from one day to the next. Always new people. The boss's are never there. They don't bother to talk to any of the resident or their family members after we get in the door. I wish I had never moved my love one to Balmoral. It is not what I was told in how they would take care of her.
