Why I would go back!: I openned a Ruby's as a hostess in Orange Park, FL as a teenager and chose to give it another shot as a server several years later. I chose Ruby's over all the other places, because I remembered my experience before. I am very glad I made this choice, because I had a great team to work with and look forward to picking up shifts on my vistits back to the area. I volunteered at others when help was needed and can not even come close to the EXCELLENT job my coworkers strived to have w/ the help of a great management team. There is nothing less than perfect expected from us and that is why so many guest we have return. This sometimes can seem stressfull, but it is for our guest to have a great experience in every aspect and for our staff to make the money that we need to make. It makes me feel great to hear a guest come in and say they were at another place and came to us because they enjoyed the service or had heard a compliment.
On another note, my family always enjoys their experience. Especially my children. They are always treated with respect and their experience is better every time. Thank you again.

100% Burger Excellence: In my opinion, I think Ruby Tuesday has the best burgers here in Clermont. It was just amazing, the blend of sauses with the angus beef is just great! Cant wait to go back again.
