User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsEverytime I go thru the drive thru my order is not right.I only live about 5 minutes away but my food is always cold when I get it home.This time they forgot the cheese on the sandwiches,food was cold and the onion rings were hard as rocks.The night workers are rude, they treat you like they are doing you a favor.The night manager ,Jackie, is a terible manager with no customer skills.I called and told them that they forgot the cheese,some girl answers and says "What do you want me to do about it" in a snooty tone.So I ask to speak to a manager,shes no winner either.I bet I could get better service in a prison cafeteria.I will not go this this burger king again, I will drive out of my way and go to the one on 192 by Disney.

Service was slooooow and they were out of Coke and Regular Iced Tea on a Saturday night. If is wasn't for the buy one get one free coupons and the nine mile distance to another BK, I would never go there again.
