    Abrupt and unhelpful on the phone... called about a specialized part, would have had him install it if he had acted like a human being, but he was too quick to give me a flat 'no'.

    Today I called Daybreak Irrigation, and spoke with ROB. I explained my problem we were having with a valve system on the lawn irrigation, and he knew right away what had to be done, and with quality parts. Rob showed up at my house within the hour, and completed the job as quoted to me over the phone in less then an hour. Rob then walked me through the understanding of the new valve and reprogrammed my system. His customer service and work ethics are 100% I highly recommend him for any service on your present or new irrigation system!

    Great Job. Rob was both honest and professional. I had 2 projects for him- a few repairs and a major overhaul. They both worked out great. I have referred him to several friends.
