I have to admit that the Arbors, or Hideaway Bay Club as it used to be called, is not the newest apartment complex in the entire world. But it does have its good points. Namely, it is close to the Target and Fazoli's (MMMMM), and has access to 2 major roads with little or no difficulty at all, US 192 and John Young Parkway. I moved here for the second time on my own in October of this year and I had high hopes. Maybe slap a new coat of paint on the walls, replace some cosmetic items and stay for several years. But I was sadly mistaken as to how horrible the management is. They delayed me over and over in replacing my washer/dryer stackables. I had to call them over and over to fix/ replace my dishwasher and the hot tub is still broken. Plus recently they decided to go condo and now they totally dont care at all about the residents. Sad. I remember it as a fun place to live when I was here the first time. What a pity that all they care about is money and not the tenants who pay it each and every month to them. I am moving soon but im not sure where. I would strongly not suggest trying to move in or buy a "condo" (actually someone's old one or two bedroom apartment with very little cosmetic work done on them, then boosted to over 115,000). I really dont feel that its worth it to try and do anything here. They dont care and people are leaving, literally by the truck loads. Oh well. I guess they missed out. Or did they really care at all to begin with?

i've lived here for 3 years and it was nice to live here for the price but the management is just awful. since they took over the property over a year ago the hot tub had been broke and my shower still hasn't been fixed. They do not fix anything all they did was slap a new coat of paint on the outside, raise the rent a couple hundred, and rename them arbors of sendera.
