Worst kabobs I've ever purchased in my life. So salty we could not eat them and threw them away - $10 in the trash. Thank goodness we had a bottle of wine to ease that pain. Shop at Fresh Market.Comments (1)

OK so you had a problem with the kabobs. So what did you actually do to remedy the situation? Nothing by the way I see it. You threw them in the trash and then came here to say you didn't like them. Hmmm. Here's what I would have done. I would have phoned the location where you made the purchse and spoke with someone in charge and explained my complaint. Then, I would have offered to bring the leftovers in to see if they agreed with me (deciding the difference between good and bad food is simple being that it is based on one's own preference and taste). Also, it would only take a few bites to know good from bad meaning that you would obviously have had a lot left over (This really isn't rocket science is it?). If you followed these steps, no promises and I don't speak from experience, but I would think that any business would make good on the kabobs. Their job is keeping a decent reputation (NOTE: This place has been earning and keeping customers - that could be better defined as a "fan base" - for more than 20 years... Ummm, I think that's called "sucessful".-

I believe that this is the same reviewer as Dolce listed above, who thought herself witty enough to use the "Change Name" option. Just a guess. Been wrong before, but one thing I have not been wrong on and that was my choice to shop at Surf & Turf. Dealt with Chef Stefan/Stephan (SP?) about their fixed-specials, because my family doesn't consume 4-legged animals. He immediately told us to list the items that we do enjoy, e-mail them to him and that he would work something out to fit both our tastes and our budget. Outside of the ocassional super-sale, why shop anywhere else?

Not sure where this person shopped, but it wasn't at Surf & Turf. IDEA: Perhaps you should start your own Surf & Turf style business.
LOL @ Palm Harbor Shopper (BRAVO!) This person "DOLCE" can't even get the word "THEIR" spelled right and the rest of the internet viewing world is supposed to absorb it like it was the spoken word of God. Ummm. NOPE! Another thing, there is an unacceptable human pattern, that some unfortunately harbor. It seems that when spoiled little people experience wrong within their world, they throw a tantrum of some sort (basically anything to gather attention and perhaps hurt who ever did them wrong, as if they were a two year old). Lastly, people like Dolce need to focus on being a legitimate reviewer before ranting. How do you become legit??? Post some positive reviews. (Ummm... Not going to happen!). I stand with Palm Harbor Shopper in a line that allows me to be one step closer to being served next because Dolce is - perhaps - buying that BROWN fresh (?) tuna I spotted at Publix.
