    Perfect Small Town Library: Small Town library next to an open space park. Perfect for studying. Excellent magazine and periodicals section and computers to rent. Very quiet and great setting.

    Not the best: I'd have to say this is not the best library around. The librarians don't seem to know much and are very rude.
