Peking Chinese Restaurant is my favorite place to eat. I always bring my family and guests to this place. We love the food, it is excellant. The service is always great, with much care to all guests. I love the hot tea, it is the best. My favorite dishes are shrimp with fresh vegetables and beef with mushrooms. We always order without MSG they are very good at making you happy and enjoying your meal. We love it and have been coming here since we moved here in 2003. We have never had a bad meal or service. My husband was recovering from surgery and the only thing he could eat was the wonton soup, I would get him soup every other day. It made him better. The soups are very very good. The wontons are delious, prepared so they are soft, not hard and chewey. My family love the hot and sour soup, spicy just the way they like it.I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys excellant chinese food. The prices are reasonable and the portions are huge.
The atmosphere is typical tacky, old, grungy-looking chinese restaurant and the service was mediocre. But what did it for me was the back half of the giant beetle at the bottom of my soup. The black beetle half was about 3/4 inches long and disgusting!!! They simply said, "Oh," looked at it, removed my bowl and didn't charge me for the soup. Needless to say, I did not or will not eat anything from there again. GROSS.
The best Chinese food restaurant in the area. Sure, it's nowhere near the Chinese food you'd get in the NorthEast, but it's best that I've had since moving to the Treasure Coast. Nice portions for the money. Fast service.
