User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsFranks is a popular local hangout in the downtown area, hosting a mixed crowd of mostly regulars. The atmosphere is friendly and laid back, with Carlos -- the owner/operator -- usually on the premises serving up beer and wine and maybe even shooting a friendly game of pool with his customers. The pool room in the back is huge, with plenty of tables and room for your friends to spread out. A lounge up front hosts Karaoke, Poker Tournaments, and other events on a weekly basis. Smoking is allowed, but they do serve snacks, including appetizers as well as more substantial fare like chicken fingers, homemade chili, and pulled BBQ pork sandwiches. They are open for the lunch crowd on weekdays, and until two a.m. on weekends.
