Food is outsanding by far the best on the treasure coast! Atmosphere while charmimg is always hot and the service for that level of dining is terrible. Glass top tables and windex sprayed just next to you while cleaning. Silverware never on time for entrees and glassware and diner style silverware could be better. All in all if the food was not outstanding we would bnever go there. However - best around by far!!!!!!!!!!!!
They charge the same as any fine dining establishement so they should treat it as such. A dont miss while in town- dont go in summer too hot ruins the meal.
They will lose all their clientelle once a better place opens with equal food and better service. Many friends already wont go there for the above reasons- shame as the food is really that good.
I eat their at least 1x per month until we have better.........
My husband I and received a gift certificate for this restaurant for our anniversary. We had heard really good things, so were looking forward to going. The food was very good. Service was good. Unfortunately, the table we were sitting at had chairs that made my back hurt after about 15 minutes. They looked like they were covered in a print that would feel at home on your grandma's patio set, and they were rolling around on tacky brass castors. There was nowhere to put your feet under the table because of how the legs were situated. Now imagine sitting there for a 2 hour meal. Atmosphere overall was uncomfortable at best. Menu was pricey and pretentious. Think paragraph long descriptions of a salad starter. We were going to order a bottle of wine, until we saw that 80% of the list (of at least 100 vintages) was priced at $100 or more. I have eaten at gourmet, upscale restaurants before that I consider far more superior. This place felt like it was trying too hard to be something that may have worked 15 years ago.
But hey, like I said, the food was good. Not that I'll go back again.
Definitely the best restaurant in the area. Creative, european-asian fusion cuisine, beautifully presented in a quaint small dining room.

I eat at 11 Maple Street every chance I get and it definitely is the best restaurant I have ever been too. They have the best food and service. The servers are very knowledgable about the menu, unlike most restaurants. They have an amazing wine list with wines starting at $24 to over a hundred. About 25% are over a hundred not 80%. Not everyone can appreciate their food and wine but for those who can it really is amazing. I guess that is why there are so many TGIF's and Chili's (you can get a basic five word salad there). I love how the eclectic decorations all go together. I definitely will be back.
I definitely agree with MS as to her revue of this restaurant. The first revue complaing about the place was off the mark and whoever wrote this snobby revue doesn't sound like she appreciates imaginative cuisine. Also the menu is ABSOLUTELY NOT pretentious and worth the money I am a retired certified executive chef and truly appreciate the chef/owner's talents and proper use of the herb garden he has outside the house in which the restaurant exists. As to the ambience,it's a quaint old house that is cozy and the decor is simple and eclectic. As to the wine list ,again the revuer is wrong. It's NOT 80% over $100 per bottle. If you want glitz and crystal chandeliers, don't go there. I ,for one will use my money for a fine dining experience and not fancy tables and chairs in this instance.
