User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTerrible customer service: I am writing on behalf of my daughter....due to a surgical procedure her right arm and hand sustained nerve damage which makes it impossibe to grip a pen in order to write....While attempting to mail a birthday card to her 90 year old grandmother (8/31/06)......she asked a postal clerk if he could please put the address on for her. He not only refused once, but twice...How sad...upon leaving, a patron came to her rescue and literally "gave her a hand"....So to the Ocoee, Florida Post office....Shame on You and your employees

People belonging to monopolies are usually insensitive to good customer service or just being descent human beings. Although there is some competition there is not enough to give malcontents the incentive to be courteous. So, what to do? 1. When possible use another carrier. UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc. 2. Try not to give them any business; don't buy any superfluous items from them. 3. Write to your newspaper editor and report such callus behavior. 4. Tell as many people as possible how inconsiderate they are. 5. Ask for an evaluation form from the USPS, if they determine that the employee was ârightâ in refusing to help it will confirm that their system for costumer service is corrupt and do not deserve any sympathy from the public when private carriers overtake them someday.
