This was the worst meal of our entire vacation. The food was inedible, including the salad. A bug crawled across the table while we were eating, and the food took forever to arrive. I've had microwave Italian that tasted better, and I just ordered spaghetti (how can anyone mess up something so simple?) My mother's chicken was tough and inedible from the Chicken Parmisan that she ordered. We asked for our receipt early, and the manager didn't even have the decency to present himself/herself to apologize for the meal's presentation. The poor waitress was extremely apologetic, and it wasn't even her fault. It was awful! Stay away until they hire new chefs!

I was at your restaurant last night on vacation with three other of my friends, and needless to say I was very impressed for my first visit. We ordered drinks at the bar and the bartender was very nice, he made some small talk with us and laughed at some jokes which relaxed the mood. When he handed my card back he thanked me by name which I know is a little thing but it meant alot to me.

Then we sat down and were greeted very quickly by our waitress, who also was friendly and informative about the menu. She kept the refills coming before we even got too low on drinks and we received our meals promptly and very hot and cooked as order. Overall I was very satisfied with my first and proud to say not my last visit to there when I go on vacation. Thank you for everything.

I LOVED THIS PLACE: OK I read the other reviews and I am in shock that they felt that way. This had to be one of the best Itailan places I have ever eaten at. That is that I live very close to Littel Italy in NYC and I find this place A-MAZING place to eat. There fried Mozzarella was the BEST they were shaped in trianlges nice and hot. OH yeah there Fresh baked bread with the seasoned oil, man my mouth is watering up writing about this. I give them four thumbs up. Servie was great on top of it all never had to ask for re-fills, nothing.
Now for the "Itailian Lady" I am sorry you had a horrible time here but maybe you went in ona sour note and tehy felt teh vibe or maybe they were jsut busy and short staffed. I would not give a review liek you did based on that. About the pricing where do you go now a days and see a cheap menu?? McDonalds ?? When you go on Vacation it is to slurge so all those who are heading out to FL. You must go to PACINO's. If you do not see the large human Sling shot across the highway on the right of the road then you are not at Pacinos... Thank you for the experience.
