User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPoor Service Repair & No Concern for Customer: I brought my Tacoma in to check the brakes. Phillips Toyota said they were fine. One month later the noise was progressively worse. Phillips said I only had 3% left of my brakes. I'm lucky I didn't have brake failure and an accident. The problem was fixed this time but at an extra cost because the rotors needed to be turned. I asked the service representative how this could happen and she shrugged her shoulders and gave a smirk. I wrote a letter to the general manager expressing my concern and making them aware of their original misdiagnosis. They never responded to my letter.
Phillips Toyota shoddy service could have caused an accident for which they would have been liable. You think they would have been grateful I brought this to their attention. Apparently not. You think they would have told me that this egregious error was researched so it wouldn't happen again. They have not. You think they would have offererd an apology. They did not.
Since Phillips Toyota has no regard for my safety or welfare and apparently has no desire to make sure a scenario like this occurs again, to me or anyone else, I will no longer patronize this establishment. I recommend you do the same.
