a fomer peter lugers lover went to this knock off expecting a ruth chris. came away with a great meal. recommend to all steak lovers.

I had the disatisfaction of having dinner at Peter's Steak House this evening. I'd have to say I read the prior comment before going and SHOULD HAVE listened. The service was OK, nothing special. I then made the mistake of ordering the steak for 2 which is really just a large steak for one. The steak came cut and already off the bone. The best thing about the steak was how tender it was. Other that that it had absolutely NO taste. For the first time i had to use the steak sauce. I DO NOT use steak sauce since i enjoy the taste of a good steak. If you want a good steak PLEASE go to a local chain restaurant IT WILL BE BETTER. These people have no clue what a real steak tastes like. I would say i wasted good money for a very bad meal. Oh yeah they actually even screwed up the asparagus. Don't waste your money on this restaurant.

I traveled all over the US and have been in many of the best steak houses from California, Chicago to Kansas to South Florida and all the best in New York. If you do not find that Peter's is the Best of the Best, you do not know what steak is all about. Located in little Jensen Beach, next to 11 Mable Street (another great eatery), you will not eat a better steak in the United States than Peter's. Peter's in Brooklyn is as good, but the one in Jensen Beach is in a class by itself. A bit pricey but worth the $$$$.
