User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOh my GOD! Terrible! Went thru the drive-thru, got 3 burgers and fries. They forgot one burger! I had to go in to get the stacker burger and ask for fresh fries. Then, when I got home, I discovered that there was no bacon on my stacker burger. Grrrrrrrrr!!! At least my dogs liked their one-dollar double cheeseburgers. I would say this is the sorriest BK that I have ever seen in my entire life!!!

Inconsistent service with a bunch of slackers working at this BK. Very unusual for them to even say THANK YOU or SMILE when you buy from them. They suck! They make a lot of mistakes on orders and often don't even give you everything you paid for. You will not get it your way here. If you do, consider yourself to be having a lucky day. McD's down the road charges a buck for a double cheeseburger. BK charges 2 bucks for a single cheeseburger. I hope they feel some pain now that McD's is in town. Kiss my non-spanish speaking AZZ, BK!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsAverage Burger King: Sorry found nothing of value., other than a place to send my kids for the playground, sometimes not that. Everything was just average, with the exception of always having a messy playground area. Other than that expect your regular, get your food and go place.

I think they are feeling the pain of McDonald's as you said, because now they have a whole new menu designed to compete with them. McDonald's doesn't make many mistakes, in my experience. I really like Mickey D's best anyway. I'll be going there instead of BK in Poinciana.
