User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsjust got back today - I go there at least evert two years and always loved it - had a bad experience last year but it was not that bad just had to complain about the people next door â got it straight - this year was one of my best times â but I enjoy myself every time but this time I had my 16month granddaughter â the staff was just great and I would like to thank Kevin and Michael -

OK..WE WERE JUST THERE OTHER THAN THE GREAT POOL AREA OUR STAY WAS A BIT OF A NIGHTMARE!WE ARRIVED AND OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY ONCE WE WERE ABLE TO CHECK IN WE WERE GREATED BY ROACHES IN OUR CONDO (900 BUILDING)THERE WAS RUST AND STAINS ON EVERYTHING!THEY NEVER OFFERED TO LET US CHANGE CONDOS THEN THEY HAD A COMPANY SPRAY OUR CONDO WITH A FAKE SUBSTANCE THAT LOOKED LIKE AIR!!!I GUESS TO MAKE US HAPPY!? WE HAD REQUESTED ONE OF THE NEWER BUILDINGS AND I GUESS BECAUSE WE WERE NOT INTERESTED IN A TIMESHARE WE COULD NOT GET A NEWER CONDO.MY KIDS LOVED THE WATERPARK AREA BUT OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO MANY FAMILIES UNLESS YOU LIKE BUGS!!

We went to Liki Tiki in February '07. Resort had a lot to offer. Staff was horrible to deal with. Part of our package include tickets to disney, after waiting in line to pick up our tickets we were informed that there were no tickets there for us (purchased before we arrived) and that they did not have tickets available, after a very heated discussion and involving a manager the person waiting on us miraculously pulled out tickets for me and my family. When we arrived at the resort the reception we received was just as horrible. Spend your money somewhere else.
