User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsParkway has been a wonderful facility for my mother. She is blind, has some dementia, seizures and is hard of hearing. The staff is courteous to me and my family, and she is given good care.
Three nurses, Liz, Nelita, and Dorothy have been very helpful and courteous. I have no real complaints at all. they get my highest recommendation.-

My mother lives in the facility. I was extremely unhappy when I called and asked for the 700 Nurses station spoke to Don and gave my name to the nurse and referred to me as the other one meaning the other daughter which was extremely rude. He didn't put me on hold. they need to give him a lesson in manners
