    Hate those well lit, hospital sterile nerd bars?: The Harper's in Stuart is for you. The juke box has good old classic rock. The bartenders know what you like and how you like it. Darts, a few video games and pool tables if you're so inclined. If you're looking for one of those gawd awful, loud, thumping bass meat markets, hit the road, 'cause you ain't gonna be happy drinkin' here. Go whine somewhere else.
