Muffalletta's Pizza & Pasta

Without question the Best Italian buffet i've ever seen... we're talking about REAL Italian, Homemade food made by a Real Italian and his family, not pre-processed, frozen low-grade stuff! I did some resaarch on the place and was told by the owner that he makes form scratch all his sauces, uses the top quality meats from Chicago, and his Muffaletta bread comes straight from a New Orleans bakery. The 6-inch Muffaletta is a good size meal but if you're Brave try the 8-inch... it looks like a car wheel it's so big.
The pizza is all fresh and homemade, and the cheese ravioli on the buffet is to die for!!!! The place is not a Fast Food restaurant, so if they're busy you may have a small wait if you order off the menu - it is Extensive with a multitude of sandwiches and pasta dishes - vs. the buffet, but trust me, it's worth it. This place is a gem in the little town of Bessemer. Well woth the drive from Birmingham or anywhere!!!

I love this place! The first time I went, there were some great guys working there that made me feel comfortable. They were talking to me and making me laugh. The food is awesome! I love the buffet because they have a great variety. I would recommend anyone who loves pizza and pastas and italian food.

they serve a buffet all day long, plus you can order whatever on the menu ...made to order. quite suprising when you step inside, it's not that big, but they do have a small patio for outdoor eating when its gets too close for comfort on the inside. usually crowded around lunch time, but all in all its great, if it's your first time, you'll be bragging on the food all day.
