User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI to was advised that i qualified for hardship after my co. ins. had ran out.It was not long after that and 3 visits later I was reported to the credit bureau and hooked on a medicine given to me there for pain relief that is really given to people for drug addiction and a anti depressant/nerve medication, the ofc. staff is cold and uncaring and they are constantly over booked and the wait is ridiculous,I had to get Dr. reports to go to another Dr. and it took me 4 months to get any response from staff. Meanwhile I fought my own addiction created by the 2 medications given and was advised by next Dr. that I was being given a lethal dose of the 2 combined medications there, I was lucky to be alive.As for my personal opinion, its starts out good as long as you are dishing out the cash/co-pay, but if you become unable to keep reaching in your pocket, then you are put out with the daily trash and treated like it from then on. But later on in the future call and offer to pay them for the hardship you were promised and didnt get,.......whatch how sweeeeeeeeeeet and caring they are then!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsFour Years Of Terrible Service!: I am finally getting away from this place! The staff is unfriendly and uncooperative. Dr. Walker would not sign a prescription for my patient assistance with an outside drug company, she would not release my medical records when I decided to change doctors, I was told that I would qualify for hardship assistance when I lost my insurance coverage and then I was billed for the services, anyway. I never saw the doctor without at least a three hour wait. They overbook and then leave you in the waiting room. The office is always dirty and cold.

I agree 100%! They take forever to get you in and I'm a college student! I don't have time to wait there all day!! Forget scheduling an appt. for between classes...I'd miss the following class! Even when I had to go in just to get a shot from a nurse I'd have to wait at least an hour! I'm switching doctors!
