I love this place.: Uhhh... I love DD's so much.. I love it to much for words. Why do you think it is always packed? It is good.................... uhhhhhhhhhhhhh so meny friends, coffiee, ice cream', uhh you should go their is worth the wait.

Rude manager: I went to this dunkin donuts about a week ago. I ate in and the girl who served me was very polite. The manager there is very rude to her employees, and also customers. She was not nasty to me personally, but she talks down to her employees and visibly embarrasses them. I was standing in line and a girl didn't make a customers coffee the right way, so when they asked NICELY if she could add more sugar the manager when off saying that she is too slow and in her way and she needs to get on the sandwich table. Also, she was nasty to a customer a bit later. The man asked for a donut they didn't carry and she said 'We don't have marble frosted, can't you see that?' The man got upset and left. The company should look into hiring a new manager.
