    THE BEST!!
    very professional staff excellent food cooked to perfection. look to spend around $100 if you have a date but well worth it.

    By far the best place to eat for many miles. Everyone is very friendly. We have enjoyed it each time.

    Excellent all-around! Our server was delightful and made us feel like regulars, the food was top notch, and the wine list was amazing. Definitely the best kept secret in haute cuisine in the Birmingham area. We will be venturing back to Maylene for more. It's well worth calling ahead for directions. I urge you to try their fried mirliton with sauteed shrimp. Friendly laid-back atmosphere and true chef/owners who work in the kitchen.
