User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThe staff is very friendly. But there are two issues I have with this cleaners:
(1) Too EXPENSIVE. Can you guys have sometime of senior citizen special, ladies day, 20% off day or something! Your prices are way to high.
(2) You are CLOSED too much! July 3rd is on a Friday...can you do a half a day or something?? I was on my way out of town and wanted to stop by to pick up a special item..of course you were closed.
Other than these two issues, you are a good cleaners.-

Vacation w/ Filthy Clothes: 1. I dropped off my cleaning three days earlier and they said it wasn't ready when I went to pick up and should have been ready two days ago.
2. After lending courtesy time I picked up my cleaning and because there was a great deal of it I just glanced at it - approximately 130.00 worth and I was about to leave for my vacation.
3. I begin packing and immediately noticed one garment (a favorite shirt) was faded and the white portions of the shirt weren't even WHITE. Well I put this garment aside and thought to myself I will deal without it until I get back.
4th and Lastly, I arrive to my hotel at my destination and begin looking for something to wear and I chose one of my sweaters which is cream in color but a really faded cream color - so I put it on and what do you know there's still a mustard stain on it I had prior to putting it in the cleaners ...well you'd think I had enough until the next day I opened up my blue sweater to also find an old stain on it as well.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLEANERS to anyone who takes pride in their clothing and expect professional results I will be into with the manager today~~~~~ 
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have to be partial: I have to be partial being that I work there. We're not the cheapest in town, but I would be willing to say we go the extra mile to be friendly and show that we really do care about each piece that is left with us.

For what it is worth, I'm the owner of Complete Cleaners. We heard of this review and were concerned. When we check have no recent record of a customer by this name. Nor do we have any recollection of this problem. If it WAS us we would certainly have offered to fix or redo the problem items. We are not perfect, but we do care about our customers satisfaction.
Of course the customer is not going to put their real name.
