User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsMy family has enjoyed Carlile's BBQ since I can remember... I guess it's been at least 25 years or more. It's more of a Carolina style sauce. I get mine chopped with inside meat. This is not a fancy place, just good eats! Don't forget to order a heaping pile of fries with that too!
