User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI ordered my wedding cake at this location for my very special day. My wedding was so important to me and my whole entire family. At first when I had my initial meeting with the owner of this establishment, I had reservations because of the simple fact she was elderly and forgetful. She could not answer many of my questions and finally had to refer me to her staff which I have to say was very friendly. I left the shop that day somewhat apprehensive, but my faith in God kept me going. On the day of my event, the owner was delivering-which had me on pins and needles from the start. All I could do at this time was pray, it was too late to change my wedding cake plans. When my cakes arrived I was completely mortified. The decoration was not what my fiance and I had chosen weeks before. The color was off and so was the size of the bridal cake. When I voiced my concerns to the owner Louise herself, she got an extremely nasty attitude towards me in front of my guests no less, and laughed when I asked for a partial refund. She was practically yelling at my mother who had forked over close to $800.00 for this cake that was NOTHING like what we had all talked about at the meeting in her store. I still have not gotten over this horrific incident and I let everyone I know not to use her services. It marred my very special day. I couldn't even take one picture of that ugly cake. But what was uglier than the cake was the attitude of that little old lady who runs that bakery. SHAME ON YOU LOUISE.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Cake in Town: Louise's makes the best cakes! Our wedding cakes both came from Louise's, and they were delicious. We have purchased many birthday cakes from Louise's since our wedding.
