User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWE'LL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!: My husband and I just moved here from Detroit, MI. He decided to take me out to The Break, since we heard that it was a nice place. We got in, and noticed that it was a nice environment to be in. He ordered a Long Island for me and a pitcher of beer for him. I was dissatisfied with the drink and the bartender told the waitress that there was nothing left for her to do, but add water to make it taste better. That didn't make sense. When I looked over at our drinks, there were roaches crawling on the table, and our drinks. The bartender KC was very rude about the whole situation. She said that there were no refunds and no remakes, and walked away. We were stunned that she handled so poorly. When we confronted her about how she treated us, she responded that she wasn't going to talk to us til she was blue in the face, and that the only way that we could get another replacement drink was if it came out of her pocket, and THAT wasn't happening. We asked one of the other workers, how would they feel if they saw roaches crawling on their drink, he replied that he's been at a bar, and there was a roach crawling on his leg. I responded that we weren't used to that type of thing. We left our name and number for the owner to contact us, but he never did(of course). I am really disgusted about how nasty the employees and the place were. I will never go again.I PROMISE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
