User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsBad Customer Service: The building itself is a nice spot for a small gathering. Inside are hardwood floors, and old furniture, couch and love seat. Playground equipment located on the premises wich helps for those who have children attending the function. However Ms. Debbie was as rude as they come when I talked with her of course after they got my money! Thats a NO NO! I will not use them again due to her negative, nasty attitude. I expected better from the City of "Hoover".
