User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThey had a "Mama's Chicken Trio" on their menu several years ago that was some of the best food I have ever put in my mouth. although no longer on the menu, they will happily prepare it for you upon request. A combination of three of their grilled chicken favorites: Chicken Bryan, Chicken Marsala and Pollo Rosa Maria. Here's the scoop on the individual dishes that make up the "Trio". CHICKEN BRYAN Grilled chicken breast topped with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and a basil lemon butter sauce. CHICKEN MARSALA Grilled chicken breast topped with mushrooms, prosciutto and our Lombardo Marsala wine sauce. POLLO ROSA MARIA Grilled chicken breast stuffed with fontina cheese and prosciutto, topped with mushrooms and a basil lemon butter sauce.
You have simply not lived until you have experienced these three dishes. The Chicken Marsala tastes like an aged T-Bone Steak slow roasted over a wood fire. Close your eyes when you take your first bite of the Chicken Marsala and you'll see what I mean.
Always great food, some of the best servers in BHM, good parking and lighting, romantic ambiance if your there for something besides the great food. With the open and very visible grill and kitchen area, the flickering light from the wood fired grill adds adds to the romantic atmosphere.
Always a FAV place for my family, or just my wife and I when we want to have a little quite "together" time.

Me and my husband go there anytime we can get away from the kids. the only thing I do not like is the fact they took the eggplant parmagenia off the menu. it is my absolute favorate and being that I am a vegetarian, it was one of the only things i could order. i hope they put it back as at least a special.
