My boyfriend contacted Tillery's around early december regarding a quote for heater core repair on a SUV and was told $302 (should have known something was wrong) . "WOW", we both thought that there had to be a misunderstanding, so I contacted the shop myself and was given the same quote. My boyfriend took the SUV there for service on a Tuesday and was told the truck would be ready Wednesday around lunch. Of course, it was not ready. We were told to call back closer to the close of business (@5pm) and of course the SUV still was not ready. Call again on Thursday and was told "oh it was more of a job than we thought". "Call back later." Called back, the truck still was not done. Friday rolls around and my boyfriend calls to check the status of SUV. He tells me that the SUV is done, however, the cost is gonna be a bit different. I initially though no big deal, a $50 difference isn't bad. However, I soon became frustrated and angry as we were told the total is $500 instead of $300. Of course I asked why the total was waaaaaay more different than the initial quote and the receptionist stated "the quote you were given did not include labor." What!!!!!!!!!!!!!Who wants to GUESS how much the labor is? The receptionist then further states "we gave you a discount." WHATEVER!!!!!. At this point there was nothing to do but pay up and learn from this mistake. Thought that was the end of things until driving the SUV the next day and noticed a terrible rattling/squeeky noise that sounded as if the dahsboard was about to give out. I thought about taking it back so they could fix it (again), but then I would again risk them keeping the SUV for another week and probably messing up something else. Oh well..........lesson learned. Never try to take the cheap route. Please beware before having Tillery's work on your car or truck. Make sure to ask them if the LABOR COST is included in your quote

Only if we could have more businesses runned as the Tillery's. Very polite very professional. We were stranded our car broke down the Tillery's Service went to our rescue in like a good 35 mins. We did not have a way to get around The Tillery's drove us to a motel and they picked us up next day. I recommend them highly. Thank you Tillery's Wrecker.

best fast service to come tow my car: I called for a wrecker sunday night arround 11;35PM, we had broken down on the Interstate outside of Tuscaloosa. The little girl that answered the phone was sooo friendly and helpful she took our information of what was worng and where we were.and with in 15 mins the wrecker arrived and hooked up to our car. He helped me and my baby dog, up in that big Wrecker carried me to a motel where my dog was welcomed and towed my car to thier shop fixed it. He told me to call in the morning and he could tell me what was worng and how much it was going to cost and how long it would take. They fix our car in 3hrs and we were back on the road by 3pm on monday. Lordy me they even brought the car to us at the motel and I paid cash to the wrecker man he was extremly nice and polite most young men these days donot have manners. But I tell you that Tillery Wrecker Company gets 5 stars from me. Thank you very much...Mrs M S
