User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsPerico's Local Mexican Eatery Ahrrrriba Ahrrrriba: On the prowl for a good frosty margarita on the rocks, respectable grilled beef, chicken with peppers/onions, and ultra fast service, and find yourself deep, deep, deep, in the heart of Alabama..................what to do what to do............I recommend Perico's Mexican Grill located on Highway 78 in Jasper, AL.
The Nacho's Supreme, chips/salsa, and margarita is enough for even the biggest appetite. Short on ambiance, Perico's is brightly decorated with red, yellow, and green flags and banners. Tables and booths are compfortable, but certainly nothing to write home about. Sit in a booth if given a choice, or park it grill side and watch the cook prepare chicken and beef dishes on the open grill.
What Perico's lacks in ambiance they make up for in good food, reasonable prices, and fast, friendly service. After two margarita's you won't really care about ambiance anyhow..... ;)
Well worth stopping by for a lunch or casual dinner out. Eat, Drink, Enjoy!

User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsIt is soooo great!: The food at Pericos is great! The waiters are so nice and welcoming.It makes you wanna go back. The only thing I see wrong with it is the parking. At one exit of the parking lot, you cant go all the way across the road. My friend tried it......it dont work. There needs to be more parking places. Its very reasonable. I dont see why any one cant afford it. If this poor country girl likes it and can afford it, than any one will love it. I highly recommend Pericos!!
