User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDaddy O's is the best!!!: This has to be one of the best restaurants in the Carbon Hill area. The location alone makes it worth the trip. Owned and operated by Freddy and Cindy Armstrong this place takes top honors not only for consistently great tasting food, but for it's cleanliness and great service as well. Fred and family will always make you feel welcome and be sure you're full when you leave. If you're ever in the area be sure to check it out. They make great open pit barbeque and their grilled shrimp is to die for. Don't forget to tell them that Jesse sent you!!!
