User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDr.Frankel is by far the best doctor i have ever seen. he is polite,professional, and very patient.
His bedside manor is outstanding, and he always makes me feel at ease and gives me a laugh or two.
He did my surgery for a deviated septum and sinus cysts. he made me feel so comfortable about the surgery and i wouldnt have wanted any other doctor to do the surgery but him.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDr. Frankel is Wonderful: I sought the advise of Dr. Frankel as the second opinion about some trouble I had been having with my thyroid and goiters. The first Doctor I consulted was very impersonal and condecending plus he offered me no solutions other than live with it. Dr. Frankel was a total breath of fresh air. He offered several options that I had not been made aware of and had an excellent bedside manner. His treatment has changed my life. I feel much better.
Dr. Frankel is very personable and professional . Dr. Frankel's office staff is very concerned and efficient and the office is very clean. Wait time is very minimal if at all. I have taken my son to him and have told everyone who will listen how great he is.

We have been patients of Dr. Frankel for years. They are wonderful caring people. I am sorry you had a bad experience, but I assure you that is not the norm.
