Just ate there for lunch and it was great. I had the wood-grilled tilapia. Great flavor, not overpowering. The rice and broccoli were cooked very well. Service was a little slow as I didn't get my entree for quite awhile, maybe took 30 minutes for entree. Colby was my server and he was good---kept my water glass full, brought me extra napkins with me asking, boxed up my food for me, etc. The only complaint was that he didn't bring me all of my change. I was prepared to tip him well (15% or more) but when he did that, I gave him less because I added the coins that he didn't bring me to make up his tip.
When I went, I was told there was a lengthy wait for a seat, yet they had plenty of empty tables. I asked why we couldn't sit at one of the many empty tables, and I was told they didn't have a server for those tables. I don't have much restaurant experience, but that didn't seem like an appropriate thing to tell a customer. I was very surprised that more people weren't complaining, actually, because there were so many people waiting, yet so many empty tables.
The next time I went (someone gave me a gift card), the service had somewhat improved.
As far as the food - it's pretty decent. Standard Red Lobster stuff... nothing beats the cheddar biscuits.
Definitely family seafood: If you rate this restaurant with 5 stars, you need to get out of the trailer park more often. The food really is fine, but it's obviously not "fresh" seafood. Wine list is also limited. You'll also have to deal with the hoards of rowdy children that people seem to feel the need to bring to a restaurant. The service is ok, but this is where many servers work until they can get a better job elsewhere.
