User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsService is absolutely horrible. The wings are decent, but the pizza is nothing compared to places like Mellow Mushroom or even a bigger name like Domino's or Papa John's. Not worth the trip and long wait.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsGreat Food !! BUT !!! Terrible service, I can't remember a time that we actualy recieved good service there. But we love their food, it is very , very good, but we are begining to wonder if it is worth the trouble. Maybe if they hired older servers, instead of trying to get the young hispters thinking it would draw in a younger better crowd, who knows, but the older crowd of patrons are actualy the ones who tip more, LOL. Let's hope for Genos' sake,a place like Giovanni's in Albertville, doesn't open up in Scottsboro, because they would definately take business away from Geno's, same great food, but they have better services, and realy appreciate their customers. Maybe the owner's of Geno's just never hear the complaints about the servers, or services, usualy once an owner knows of a problem, they usualy fix it. I hope they fix it soon, because we realy like our localy owned and operated business and hope it continues to grow for the better. Maybe they just need to take note. Hope so !!
