I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DING HOW FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS NOW. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD, AND THE SERVERS AND OWNER ALWAYS SEEM GRACIOUS YOU CAME. HOWEVER THE PRETTY YOUNG WOMAN WHO TAKES YOUR MONEY AT THE END HAS THE PERSONALITY OF A WALL. SHE NEVER SMILES OR MAKES EYE CONTACT,IS RUDE AND HAS AN EXTREMEMLY BAD ATTITUDE. I ASSUME SHE MUST BE THE OWNERS DAUGHTER BECAUSE I CAN'T IMAGINE ANYONE ELSE WANTING TO EMPLOY HER WITH THAT ATTITUDE AND RUDENESS. SHE WALKS AROUND THE RESTAURANT LIKE SHE THINKS SHE IS BETTER THAN EVERYBODY ELSE. I WOULD PROBABLY GO THERE MORE, BUT WHY GIVE MY MONEY TO SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T APPRECIATE IT. A WORD OF ADVISE TO THE LITTLE GIRL AT THE CASH REGISTER: GROW UP, STOP ACTING LIKE A SPOILED BRAT AND THANK YOUR FAMILY EVERY DAY FOR GIVING YOU A JOB. A WORD OF ADVISE TO THE OWNERS: YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE LOST DUE TO THE RUDE BEHAVIOR FROM YOUR CASHIER. SHE IS THE LAST CONTACT FROM THE RESTAURANT YOUR CUSTOMERS SEE. YOU MAY WANT TO RE-THINK YOUR DECISION.

The food is always fresh tasting and is the best in town. I often get take out and the person answering the phone always hurries me, is rude and doesn't even ask my name nor gives me a total price. She acts as though it's an inconvenience for her to answer the phone. I will continue to eat at Ding How, but a new personality make over is needed!
