    This has got to be the most over rated place in the state. The service is poor at best. The food is ok at best. It is over priced, and I don't like to eat off of paper plates with plastic forks.

    After all the hype I'd been hearing about this place, we finally went to check it out. At best, I'd say the food was average - it certainly did not live up to the word of mouth that was going around. All I can figure is it was the ONLY barbecue joint in town, therefore the best.

    Not sure what the other reviewer ordered but I had to get a "To Go" box I had so much food. The atmosphere is a bit unusual as it is located on a creek. They have a porch that wraps around the restaurant where you can eat. Inside is a bit rustic in the manner of many BBQ restaurants in the south (think red/white checkered plastic tablecloths). Food was prepared well and tasted good. Worth a trip and comfortable for a business lunch or with the family. Not pretentious at all.
