    Try to go back as less as possible.: It's sad to say, we have come along ways, but yet we are so far away. Management from McDonald's in Union Springs, Alabama is at its lowest level. I realize it may not be the highest paying job, but at any rate, there should be a level of pride, respect, and professionalism, especially dealing with the public and handling customers food. Yes, there are a lot of young people that work there. That's not the major problem. The major problem is when incidents are reported repeatedly to management, and then the issues and situation remain the same or get worse. Sorry to say, I've lived in Union Springs over 15 years and was overwhelmed to see progress come to a small town, but the way this business is being operated, I wish it would closed down or the district managers would do a makeover of employment.
