POOR SERVICE..SLOW, SLOW, SLOW
My mother and I live across the river and pass by this restaurant everyday. We finally decided to try it one night. There was an older couple at a corner table, a table of 4 with a child and then one large ltable in the middle with what looked like some hunters that were just finishing up. Great we thought, not a lot of people this should be good. NOT! No one greeted us at the door, so we didn't know if we should seat ourselves....we waited...and waited so just decided to sit. To make a long drawn out night short...the service is V..E..R..Y slow here. Only one waitress working. I felt so bad for the older couple who was there way before us and they finally received their small bowl of etoufee at the same time we received our entree. The food was tasty, but took too long.....
Could be better...

$1.89 for a cup of cold, weak coffee that took 45 min. and 3 requests to get. This on a Monday evening when the place was virtually empty. You be the judge.
You just never know. When they are good, they are very, very good. But when they are bad, they're horrid!!! Sometimes the food and service are good, sometimes not. I've had more good times than bad, but I'm still a little hesitant to go there. Prices seem high to me but then again, even burger joints cost too much these days...
