User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDo NOT go there for a wedding cake. I spent $220.00 for my daughter's wedding cake and WalMart could have done a better job. She had all the instructions on what my Daughter wanted. She wanted ribbon around the base of the layers in a purple or plum color and if they couldn't find it they were supposed to call us. They put white ribbon on the cake that did not stand out or look good. I was going to spend a lot more money for fondant but the lady said she could make buttercream icing look just as good. The icing was not smooth.It had big streaks on the sides and on the back of the cake you could see the cake through the icing. I would complained but the lady that made the cake wasn't there that day and we had to set up for the wedding in Eufaula. We stopped by WalMart and bought some ribbon. We redid the ribbon on the cake and hung a canopy behind the cake. It is a bad time to have to fix a problem like this when your fist child is getting married and you want everything prefect for her. Buy dounuts, pies or anything else but don't get a wedding cake from them. And if you do and complain the next day don't expect any results. The only response we received is that that the cake will look good on the internet. The point is it didn't look good in person and it wasn't what we ordered.

It doesn't get any better: I've never had the pies but I've had I think all of their cakes. It's hard to say which one is my favorite because they are all fabulous and CHEAP! I would pay twice what they charge though because the cakes taste like my Grandmothers. I'm now asked to bring all the cakes to family functions. (none of my familiy live in Dothan). Rolens is truly the best baker I've been too.
